Claims for Misprints, Damage, or Defects

- imeframe: Submit claims within 30 days of receiving your item.


- Lost Packages: Submit claims within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


- Our Mistake: If it’s our error, we cover the cost.

- How to Return: Contact customer support at [email protected]. Expect a reply within 1-2 business days.


- Notification: You’ll get an email when we receive your returned item.


- Unclaimed Returns: Donated to charity after 30 days.

Important Details 📝

- Wrong Address: If the address is incorrect, the shipment returns to us. You’ll need to cover the reshipment cost after we confirm the updated address.


- Unclaimed Shipments: If unclaimed, shipments return to us. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.


- Returned by Customer: Advise customers to contact you before returning items. We don’t refund for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. If you accept returns or exchanges, place a new order at your cost. 

For Customers in Brazil 🇧🇷

- Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide a picture of the item. If the item is used or damaged, no refund will be issued.

EU Consumers 🇪🇺

- Exceptions: No withdrawal right for:
  1. Personalized items made to your specifications.
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery due to health or hygiene reasons.
